To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few important guidelines during your time at the property. These house rules are designed to maintain the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of the home.<\/p>

    To help you better plan your stay, here are some additional details about the home and property. This information includes how certain systems operate, what to expect outdoors, and some general usage guidelines for your safety and comfort.<\/p>

    • This 2-story home requires 5 exterior steps to enter. All bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the 1st floor.<\/li>
    • The 2 wood-burning stoves are not available<\/strong> for guest use.<\/li>
    • Every Tuesday at 1:00 AM, the water filtration system<\/strong> begins a 4-hour regeneration cycle. Please avoid using water during this time (except flushing toilets).<\/li>
    • Wildlife is frequently seen on-site. Please enjoy from a distance and avoid interaction.<\/li>
    • No firearms<\/strong> are permitted on the property.<\/li>
    • Never leave a fire unattended. Ensure the fire pit cover is in place when not in use.<\/li>
