To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few important guidelines during your time at the property. These house rules are designed to maintain the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of the home.
- No smoking on the property. Vaping is allowed outdoors.
- No pets allowed.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
- Additional fees and taxes may apply.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

To help you better plan your stay, here are some additional details about the home and property. This information includes how certain systems operate, what to expect outdoors, and some general usage guidelines for your safety and comfort.
- This 2-story home requires 5 exterior steps to enter. All bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the 1st floor.
- The 2 wood-burning stoves are not available for guest use.
- Every Tuesday at 1:00 AM, the water filtration system begins a 4-hour regeneration cycle. Please avoid using water during this time (except flushing toilets).
- Wildlife is frequently seen on-site. Please enjoy from a distance and avoid interaction.
- No firearms are permitted on the property.
- Never leave a fire unattended. Ensure the fire pit cover is in place when not in use.
- Fires must be contained to the designated fire pit on the patio.
Security Notice
Your safety is our top priority. To enhance security and peace of mind, the property is equipped with a smart surveillance system that monitors only the exterior areas. These cameras help ensure that everything remains secure during your stay.
- 4 cameras located at the corners of the home facing the surrounding yard.
- 1 camera facing the hot tub area.
- 1 doorbell camera at the front entrance.
- 1 doorbell camera at the side entrance.
All cameras are outward facing only and do not capture any interior views. They are motion-activated and record video and audio while guests are on the property.
